Timely deliveries and long-distance moving
Combined shipping
If you have time to spare, we can consolidate your shipping to save you money. We will share your items alongside 4–10 other customers' in a trailer. For this to occur, you must have your items ready to ship for the delivery window. Depending on where you're located, the time frame for delivery can be between 6 and 10 days.
Express trips
We offer an express trips service, which allows your items to be shipped quicker than the standard time. This service is suitable for customers who are moving to one of our frequent destinations. If you choose this service, your items will be kept in a trailer with other clients'. The average time for this service takes up to 3–9 business days. The express trips services operate twice a week at each branch to benefit each client. Included in the cost is also our shuttle service.
Exclusive service
If you need your items to be moved on short notice, you will want to use our exclusive service. We will assign your items a whole trailer for your shipment and not share them with anyone else. As a result, your shipment will be sent sooner, and there will be little risk of theft. Tell us your dates and benefit from direct delivery from pickup to your moving destination. What's the best service for a long-distance move? At present, we can't advise the right service for you, as every move is unique to each individual. To get a better idea, contact us and discuss with our relocation specialist to find out the best option.

Your move should be filled with excitement and hope for the new endeavor you’re taking. That’s why there’s only one rate to cover everything you’ll need. That’s it. What does it include? At no additional cost, you also receive the following services:
Couches and Chairs: We wrap blankets around them for protection before sealing with shrink wrap.
Tables: Disassembled and wrapped in a blanket.
Mattresses: Every mattress is kept in its own specific box.
Armoires: Dismantled and wrapped twice using blankets, we then use cardboard to protect the glass.
Hanging clothes: Hung in a wardrobe box.
Electronics: Wrapped and sealed inside a cardboard box.
Flat-screen TVs: Wrapped tightly inside a special box.
Lamps: Stored in a specially designed box.
Computers: Wrapped and packed inside a protective cardboard box.
Small mirrors: Wrapped and sealed inside a cardboard box.
Paintings: Delicately wrapped and packed inside a cardboard box.
Small sculptures: Wrapped and packed in a cardboard picture crate.
Glass and marble items (up to 4 feet): Delicately packaged using a cardboard crate.
Corners: Before you move and arrive in your new location, we add protection to each building's corners to prevent scuff marks.
Hallways: Before we move any items, we add protection to your walls.
Floors: On the day of your move, we’ll lay down masonite to prevent scrapes on your floor.
For just one price: Labor and travel expenses are accounted for in your move. That means no hidden fees; it's all included upfront in your custom plan, alongside the cost of tickets, tolls, and fuel for our vehicles.

Special items deserve to be delivered with care. Therefore, we custom craft packing and storage from our LA-based shop. In addition to this, we provide solutions according to each customer's needs. Examples of this are building custom crates for antiques, sculptures, and high-value items.

I will advise that if you have any vintage/antique pieces that you don't want disassembled for compact packing, be sure to set those aside. I have moved several times and in this move a couple lamps I didn't know could be taken apart arrived in pieces in boxes. I put them back together, but I would have been happier if the old lamps had been left alone and boxed up in one piece. Help the movers do their job as best as they can by being ready for them with boxes securely packed and clearly labeled. Can I select a day within your delivery window that suits me best?
You have the right to select your day within the stated time frame. However, only you or a person you choose can receive the delivery.
What happens if you won't be able to deliver within my delivery window?
We do everything possible to deliver client shipments in their chosen windows. If we cannot make your window, our dispatcher will contact you in advance.
What is your standard delivery time?
Most of the time, our shipments are delivered within 7-14 days. If you require an earlier date, you can use an express shuttle from NY to FL, which takes 5 days. There is also a shuttle from LA to CA which takes 10 days.
